Jungian Dream Analysis

Messages from the unconscious. Clues from the soul. Letters from home.

Freud called dreams “the royal road to the unconscious”—and Jung took it a step further, believing that dreams are the psyche’s way of speaking directly to us, offering not just insight, but guidance. In a world that often demands we move faster, think harder, and stay on the surface, our dreams invite us inward—toward meaning, mystery, and wholeness.

So much of our behavior, our emotional life, and our stuck places are rooted in the unconscious. And because the unconscious lies outside our conscious awareness, we can’t think our way into understanding it. Dreams, however, bypass the everyday mind. They speak in symbol, image, metaphor—offering a glimpse of what we’re really grappling with beneath the surface. They reveal inner conflicts, unacknowledged feelings, patterns, fears, and longings. They often hold the very key to what’s holding us back.

Dreams are, in many ways, messages in a bottle—letters from home, written by your own psyche, sent to help you remember who you are and where you’re going.

I was trained in Jungian dream interpretation, and this is some of the work I love most. I have a deep respect for the symbolic world and a strong intuitive grasp of archetypal themes, inner figures, and the creative intelligence of the unconscious. Dream work is not about decoding one-size-fits-all symbols—it’s about entering into relationship with your own inner world, guided by someone who knows how to listen.

Sessions can be one-time consultations or ongoing work woven into therapy or personal exploration. Whether you're having recurring dreams, vivid nightmares, or just curious about what your psyche is trying to say, this is a powerful path inward.

Curious what your dreams are trying to tell you?
