Immersive & Intensive Psychotherapy

For when life can’t wait.
Sometimes life doesn’t move at the pace of once-a-week therapy.
Sometimes there’s too much on the line, too much pain, or too much at stake to spend months easing in. That’s where immersive and intensive psychotherapy can help.
Designed for individuals, couples, or families who need focused support now, these extended sessions provide a space for deeper work, faster traction, and meaningful breakthroughs. Whether you're in crisis, navigating a major life event, facing relational rupture, or simply tired of circling the same patterns, this format offers the time and depth to dig in, clear space, and create real movement.
Intensives can range from a single day to several consecutive days, and are tailored specifically to your goals, needs, and emotional capacity. Together, we create an experience that is structured but spacious—allowing room for insight, reflection, and honest engagement.
I bring over 20 years of experience to this work, with a style that is active, emotionally attuned, nonjudgmental, and deeply curious. Clients often say I bring just the right blend of warmth and directness, depth and humor, structure and soul. I’m trained in multiple therapeutic frameworks, including psychodynamic, Jungian, CBT, narrative, existential, and Internal Family Systems. This allows me to adapt our time together to what’s most helpful and resonant for you—not just what fits in a manual.
Immersive therapy is not about intensity for its own sake. It’s about meeting your life with the attention it deserves.
